Order Information

We accept all major credit cards through Paypal. Paypal is a safe and secure way to make credit card payments on the web.

You will be redirected to their site during checkout. If you have an account, enter your login information at the prompt. You do not need to create a Paypal account to use Paypal. Orders paid by Paypal will be processed instantly. If you need more information, please visit the Paypal website by clicking here.

Most items ordered are sent directly from our designers and suppliers.

Please allow 2-3 weeks for order fulfillment and delivery. You will receive an email notification when your order has shipped. For standard delivery within the UK, your order will be shipped via Royal Mail. Once shipped, orders generally take 2-3 days for delivery.

Please note that some custom/handmade items will take longer to process and ship, this will be stated if applicable in the item's description.

We do not ship internationally to select countries at present, sorry.

We want you to love what you ordered. If you are unhappy with your order, please let us know! We do accept returns or exchanges for STORE CREDIT ONLY for most items within 30 days of the shipping date. Please email us at lynsey@thegifttree.co.uk within 7 days of receiving your order to arrange for a refund or exchange. Returns or exchanges made without prior notification may not be processed. Merchandise must be returned in the same condition as it was received. Return shipping charges are non-refundable and full responsiblity of customer.

Your refund will be issued as STORE CREDIT when return items are received.

VINTAGE ITEMS ARE SOLD AS IS AND NON-REFUNDABLE

Sorry, but we cannot accept returns or exchanges for beauty products, swimwear, underwear, earrings, or custom items.

Please contact me directly at lynsey@thgifttree.co.uk. I'd be more than happy to work something out with you! While we have high standards for accepting consigners and wholesalers, if you have problems with an item, we will gladly put you in touch with the consigner.

We do not offer gift certificates at this time, but will do so in the near future.
